Yoga helped me find healing — inside and out.

I became stronger, more fearless and flexible, on and off the mat. After teaching an impromtu hot yoga class, I decided to pursue my yoga certification to delve deeper into my practice and start to share one of my passions with others. Because self improvement is always one of my goals. Know better, do better.

I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa certification in 2013 and I’ve been teaching ever since. You name it: Bikram, Vinyasa, Slow Flow and even Black Light Yoga (fun fact: I own like 20 black lights).

I am passionate about encouraging younger generations to try yoga with a special emphasis on teenagers. I wish we all had yoga way earlier in life! My classes combine thoughtful, creative sequencing with the freedom to explore and a spirit of mindfulness. And a dabble here and there of oils, if you’re down to try them!
